Smoke Theory (“Smoke Theory,” “we,” “us”) is a platform operated by Stealth Grp LLC that cannabis brands use to run feedback and rewards programs for the retail staff who sell their products. This policy explains what we collect when you use Smoke Theory or a brand program built on it (for example, the Blueprint Redline Program), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Two parties handle your information. Smoke Theory operates the platform and stores your account. The brand whose program you join (the “Brand”) administers that program, sees the information you submit to it, approves your membership, and decides on rewards. Each Brand is independently responsible for how it uses program data under its own policies.
We do not collect government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or precise geolocation.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. Your reviews may be shown to other members of the same program on leaderboards, typically with your name and store.
Smoke Theory and every program on it are for adults 21 years of age or older who work in, or are otherwise authorized to participate in, the licensed cannabis industry. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We keep your account and program activity for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so Brands can honor rewards and maintain program records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove or de-identify your personal information except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submit requests to the email above; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember your age confirmation. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When Smoke Theory is embedded on a Brand’s website, that website’s own cookie practices also apply.
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to program data is restricted by role so a Brand can only see its own program. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
